This website uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. Our hosting partner Vercel may store standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Booking a demo

When you open the booking calendar, Cal.com processes the name, email address and any other details you enter. The booking is saved in our Google Calendar. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Talking to Aino in the browser

When you start a demo call on the site, your browser uses your microphone only for that call. Speech is processed in real time by Retell AI (United States) and is not recorded: we keep only basic call details (time, duration) and an identifier derived from your IP address, used to limit the number of calls. For the call, Retell's software library is loaded into your browser (from esm.sh).

Calls to Aino

Calls to Aino are recorded and transcribed, and a summary is emailed to us. Details given during the call (for example name, company, email, phone number) are used to handle your request. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken before entering into a contract.

Service providers

We use the following processors: Retell AI (call handling, United States), Twilio (telephony), Cal.com (booking), Google (calendar and email), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). Transfers outside the EU are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to handle your request or our customer relationship. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. You can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
