Will clients know Aino is AI?

Aino speaks naturally, and if a client asks, she openly says she's an AI assistant. Honesty builds trust.

Do I keep my own phone number?

Yes. Your clients keep calling the same number. Calls are forwarded to Aino, for example when you don't answer or the salon is closed.

Does Aino work with my booking system?

Aino books straight into Google Calendar. If you use another booking system, we'll look at how to connect Aino to it in the demo. Or Aino takes booking requests and passes them on to you.

What if Aino doesn't know the answer?

Aino doesn't guess. If she can't find the answer, she takes the caller's contact details and message, and you get them by email right after the call.

How is client data handled?

Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can get a summary. We use providers with data processing agreements and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See the privacy policy for details.

Can I try before I decide?
